You have up to 3 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After 3 days, the product is no longer eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product is delivered to us.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it is in new, unused, and resalable condition. If it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order.
